MICHELLE BFirst of all, ALL the staff at this location rocks, especially Syd. My disappointment this time is that I reserved a Van a week ahead but when I came to pick up the vehicle it had been rented out so I had to upgrade to a box truck. The van would have been easier to drive and would have garnered better gas mileage. Thanks.
