There was no one on site. Had zero information how to retrieve my reserved trailer. Wasted 30 min before seeing how to take my reserved trailer. Now that I know, when I need another trailer in a few years, it should go smoother.

It is not a well lit area. It's practically a junk yard. The only lights illuminating the area are the street lights on 41.

David BI would try to fine some other place to rent from if can. Only one person on call . when I show up . no one around for 10 mins or more. Had no direction or signs on what to do. I feel like it was a self service lot.
