Friendly staff, especially the dog who greeted us on pickup and drop off. The U-Haul app and website did not work right for the drop off, but it was all fine the next business day.

It wasn't after-hours dropoff because the internet showed it as being "open". It was difficult to reach personnel by telephone to determine if they were open. No one was there so I did drop off the key. The original drop-off, Audio Concepts is terrible. The parking lot is tiny, off a busy street, and gravel with huge water-filled potholes. The lot is so crowded with rental and private vehicles, it is extremely difficult to safely drop off a rental, especially when the site is not manned during normal business hours. I will never return to Audio Concepts.
