The only problem I had was that no one contacted me the day before. I had my pick up location as the one I set up online, I only learned that it had changed when I called the morning of pickup to confirm. No one called me to tell me. I would have shown up at the place I had scheduled my pick up and it would have been wasted time and I would have been pretty upset. Once the guy told me where my truck was I was able to call and confirm and it was smooth from there. It would have been better if someone had contacted me from U-Haul letting me know my pickup location had changed.

CONNIE GFriendly staff, especially the dog who greeted us on pickup and drop off. The U-Haul app and website did not work right for the drop off, but it was all fine the next business day.
John RIt wasn't after-hours dropoff because the internet showed it as being "open". It was difficult to reach personnel by telephone to determine if they were open. No one was there so I did drop off the key. The original drop-off, Audio Concepts is terrible. The parking lot is tiny, off a busy street, and gravel with huge water-filled potholes. The lot is so crowded with rental and private vehicles, it is extremely difficult to safely drop off a rental, especially when the site is not manned during normal business hours. I will never return to Audio Concepts.

CHIARA JThe trailer had one tire on which the bead had separated and it had to be replaced shortly after I got the trailer. In fairness to the location, they did detect that the tire was low and aired it up before I left the location but the tire deflated to 18 psi before I finished loading it and I had to inflate it again to drive to my hotel. I called UHaul and they did get someone out to replace the tire but there should be a process in place to inspect the tires before each rental.
