It would have been nice to know further in advance that I would have to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick up the rental and that the price information was different in their system.

Phone to book a cargo van.They told me they’d find an available vehicle. Received a call back 2 hours later to say I was booked in. Arrived to pick it up. No record of my booking. Had to take a giant truck instead which cost a fortune in gas.
HUGH WI booked my U-Haul online but I was looking for Saturday which it said it wasn’t open I called the place of pickup and they switched my rental to Saturday, very accommodating and helpful Saturday was the best day for us to pickup so thankful they could switch it up.

FONDA GUhaul system was down. He went above and beyond making several phone calls to make sure I was able to get the rental that was reserved. Very good customer service!
