Staff was pleasant but untrained, waited an hour while the employee tried to get in touch with the person incharge of the U-Haul side of the business with no luck. Just as I was calling U-Haul an employee showed up for a jug of milk and had just enough knowledge of how the process worked and got us on our way without the 12 boxes we paid for. The truck was almost empty of fuel the front brakes are worn out because when I had to apply them hard to avoid a vehicle all I could hear was metal grinding so I allow more stopping distance for the weak braking system

I will be renting this again they were great helping me hook it up and take it off. Very satisfied
David GIt would have been nice to know further in advance that I would have to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick up the rental and that the price information was different in their system.
Danielle MPhone to book a cargo van.They told me they’d find an available vehicle. Received a call back 2 hours later to say I was booked in. Arrived to pick it up. No record of my booking. Had to take a giant truck instead which cost a fortune in gas.
HUGH WI booked my U-Haul online but I was looking for Saturday which it said it wasn’t open I called the place of pickup and they switched my rental to Saturday, very accommodating and helpful Saturday was the best day for us to pickup so thankful they could switch it up.
