Greet or act knowledge your customers when you see them. Instead of staring at them or being in your cell phone. At less act like you're happy you have a job and not with the lasted gossip. She gave me the keys and said, “The truck is outside. So, I had to ask her to should me which truck I was renting. So, we went outside, she just pointed towards the lot of parked pickup trucks(at least 5). I asked her again, “Which one?” She replied, “You don't know?” This time, she walked toward the truck and said, “This one.” Turns out, that was not even the right truck. At this point, I had enough of her customer service. So, my husband went to the next truck over to the right. She was only helpful when I had asked her. No effort on her part but, only to updates on office gossip. Returning the truck the same day, was the same experience just different employee. No greeting, just informed us that she needed to see the mileage and gasoline tank. We're only return customers and refers friends and family because this location always have rental when no one else does. But, that also has to say about their services.


When given an option to opt out for a dolly because of service fee online when making reservation, please honor it. I feel that's how Uhaul Secretly charge to make money because it's already inside secured I'm the truck. If I knew I was going to be charge for it then I would have used it. I did not use it but still was charged.


The guy who checked my trailer in was a jerk. We was peeling stickers then went to get the mop. I said "hey, what are you doing? Let's check me is so I can go, I have a busy day" and he said "hey, I'm doing my job. I gotta check the lights and clean it." We checked the lights and I left. I have no idea why he thinks I should stand around while he prepares the trailer for the next customer. I also found it ironic that "I'm doing my job" was his comment since in my opinion his job is to deliver excellent customer service while protecting the company from loss or liability not make me wait while he mops the floor. Probably a training issue. Store looked great, well stocked beautiful location.

Rented a 6x12 utility trailer. Went to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. Hooked up the lights and when testing the lights there was an issue. The uhaul associate said there was an issue with my vehicle and that they would not be able to hook up my vehicle. I mentioned I just towed with my vehicle and did not have any issues with the lights. The associate assured me it was not the trailer. I said I have another tow vehicle and would be back to hook up. The associate cancelled my order. I then came back with my vehicle and had to book another reservation. Once finally booked, I went to hook up to the trailer and still had issues with connecting the lights and the associate said the issue might be with the trailer. We went to hook up to another trailer and miraculously the lights worked. This is frustrating as I could have just hooked up to a trailer with working lights the first time instead of having to go get another vehicle and prove the uhaul associate wrong as she could have just offered to hook me up to another trailer then. Not a good experience when trying to get my job done on a time crunch. You will note I barely had the trailer for over an hour and the experience to just get the trailer took more time than that.

This comment is not for the location where I picked up the truck I am commenting on the regional office that were very rude and unhelpful. I scheduled my truck which should have been a 15 foot truck to move a studio apartment and as I had a confirmation from the location on Arden in Sacramento I received a call from your regional office stating that they have no 15 or 20 foot trucks available anywhere in the area and that I would have to have a 26 foot truck. I don't understand how I could have a confirmation of a truck and in turn be denied a 15 foot truck. The Associate that helped me did not care to explain why I had a confirmation of receiving a truck she just wanted to know if I still wanted the truck (26 footer) and get off the phone with me. I feel that there needs to be training on how to explain to a customer the reasons why a confirmation Is different than a request. I was sent a confirmation email stating that I would receive a 15' truck not a request of a truck email. I have a very bad taste in my mouth regarding UHaul, and I will not be calling UHaul first in the future I will exhaust every other rental truck companies out there before I use U-Haul again.

The location was great. But I had so much trouble with this rental. I finally got it there, 4 DAYS LATER THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IT!!! I was moving across county. Made plans, schedule services, and because of how irresponsible your company is I had to change my plans not once, but three times. The inhabilita to offer solutions, the very unhelpful, not at all understanding women on the scheduling center only made me angrier at the situation. For a moving company it really seems you have no idea ho to treat costumers or how to deal with big problems.

I used the online service to reserve my one way rental and the day of my rental my reservation was cancelled because they said that because they had so many local rentals I could only rent and return to their facility. This ended up costing me $80 dollars more in rental fees. Funny thing was the trailer was licensed in Virginia. Nothing local about that. I have always used uHaul for my rentals but will choose someone else first next time.

When I picked up the truck, the gas tank was at less than a quarter of a tank (it estimated it could go for 48 miles before running out of gas). My move was in town so it wasn't a big deal BUT it was really frustrating to have to guess at how much gas to put in so I wouldn't be charged. Please fill up the tank for your customers.

The manager Dave called me 45 minutes later and told me to bring trailer back. He didn't asked me he ordered me. I really had a bad experience, u would not recommend any one that I know. Very poor costumes service. I dropped the trailer and went to speek with him, he was busy. Poor costumes service. Thank you. Victor German

Truck doors were very dirty, I asked for dauly, and blankets. Didn't have anyone of them. Made moving very hard. My back is hurting me right now because I was forced to do a lot of lifting.

Staff customer service was friendly and helped us after our reservation was inexplicably canceled 2 days before our move. They worked with us and gave us a deep discount. The truck we rented needed some transmission work, however.

The service by the location was great. I had issues with what I was charged by the mobile app. I was charged for two days when I returned the equipment in about 8 hours. It took me several phone calls and waiting on hold close to twenty minutes each time to finally get my money back. I wasted over three hours of my time fixing a mistake made by uhaul. They need to improve their billing system and they need to upgrade their phone system to call you back instead of having the customer sit on hold for 20 minutes.
