The truck I reserved was not available at the self service location. I called Uhaul the day before to make sure everything was in place and they told me it was.

This is now the second time we have requested a 26 foot truck and it was not available to us after confirmation for pickup. We are not using Uhaul again. It put us in a bad position because we did not have enough space in the truck they gave us instead for our move. We are very unhappy about a SECOND bad experience now.

I ordered a truck without dolly or moving pads. I asked the representative that brought us the truck if the dolly was in the truck, and was told no dolly was in the truck. Upon opening the truck at my residence, I found the dolly and pads were in fact in the truck. It took up valuable space that we needed.

when I arrived I gave U haul a copy of my reservation paperwork and I was hooked up and on my way in 10 minutes. When I turned the trailer in I was met in reception yard. Didn't ever need paperwork. every thing was registered, I was expected. The tech disconnect the trailer after inspection and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Quick, efficient, To the point. Great service. I'll use you again!

Trailer had litter from last customer inside. I am not pleased that U-Haul trailers are so easy to steal. I had to provide an extra chain and lock for security. Simply unscrewing the safety chain links releases the trailer. Locks on the safety chain do no good. Also, I am not pleased that you choose to include Spanish in your instructions. This AMERICA, speak English!!

The trailer lights all failed within an hour of leaving the uhaul location. When we reported it upon return it was common knowledge to the grunts checking in that everything had broken. They also had a very harsh vocal back and forth with the owner/manager. If I get motivated, I'll submit a case to better business bureau. It's just kind of par for the course here in California...

since i did not have a reservation they rented me the biggest unit on the lot. said everthing else was reserved. i notice 10 small trucks left in yard when i left.same ones there when i got back. i asked about those oh those are cancellation.i got ripped off. they seemed indifferent. came back the next day those trucks still sitting there. GIVE ME A REASON TO USE UHAUL AGAIN.... I KNOW UHAUL DOES NOT CARE

They only told me that I would be charged for the gas per gallon. I was never told there would be a $30 charge if under 1/4 tank. We got the van with only a 1/4 tank so if I knew about the service charge I would have put gas in it myself, but since I had rented 3 other trucks/vans in the past 30 days and never got charged that fee (and was never told about the fee) I didn't put gas in it. I'm very upset that they would not adjust the fee.

This was my second time at this location and it unfortunately was not like the first. Getting the truck was simple and went smoothly. During the walk around of the truck i noticed that the fuel was not at the level that was on the contract. It was at a quarter tank rather than a half so i pointed it out to the the staff who was with me. I returned it that night after hours. When my lady went in today to collect my deposit she was told we owed $20 because the tank was not filled to a half tank. So now i have to send her back woth the paperwork to show them it was not at half a tank

Im being charged an extra day when i had the van for a total of 2 hours. Also being charged for fuel because they didnt mark fuel level correctly.
