The pick up process was excellent. The check out process was not. Inefficient clerk on check out trying to get a hand held phone to work. Finally made her go inside so we could check out on the pc system, so I could leave. 15 min waiting for her phone to work, 2 mins inside, tops.

The 26 ft truck we rented wasn't returned in time so they gave us a 15 ft truck. The person who checked us in said we would get a refund for miles since we had a much smaller uhaul. When I got my receipt the next morning I was charged for the larger uhaul and they didn't discount some of the extra miles we had to do because of a smaller uhaul. The next morning I went down to the store and spoke with the manager. Instead of apologizing and reading the notes the employee had put in the computer. After arguing with me and being rude i asked for his supervisors number. After having to fight for a refund I was really disappointed in the managers customer service. Not sure if I will return to that location again.

The truck was very dirty. The dashboard and instrument panel were very dusty. There was a smell of cigarettes inside the truck. Not sure if I would recommend this location to a friend. I would certainly mention that the truck I rented was dirty.

When I returned the uhaul I was informed that the seal for the dolly in the truck was broken. I explained that I never used the dolly since I have my own. I was not charged for it. However, I believe that during the inspection prior the rental, the customer needs to be informed about the seal and check if the seal is broken so he/she is not charge for it if they don't use the dolly.

In need of more help. There were only 2 people working there with very long lines. The workers did the best they could and were helpful but the place needed more help.

We had issues with the truck, where the gas cap was jammed and would not open for us to fill up. When we brought it back, they had to use a tool to open it up and then told us we still have to pay a $30 service charge if we didn't fill up the tank to 1/4 tank. We then had to go back to the gas station to fill up so we didn't get charged. This was very inconvenient and frustrating as we tried the first time and the team members on site weren't very friendly about it.

I don't beleive that it was the fault of the employees, but there was a line nearly to the door at 9am. We were able to drive off with the rental at 9:50, which was a big disappointment as we still had to return the rental at the original return time. It wasn't a huge deal for us, as we were just moving one item but would have been difficult for someone in a different situation.

I've rented a truck twice this month and on both occasions the driveway entrance into the lot was blocked by trucks or vans.I had to park my car outside of the lot and tell an employee.The first time no big deal,but after it happened again yesterday I'm guessing that it happens all the time.

I reserved a 26' truck for Saturday, August 6th @ 7:00 am. It was not there. While the owner did locate at truck for us at another location, he failed to tell us it would be ready in 3 hrs. We went directly to Rancho Cordova only to be told that the truck was not ready.

I really appreciated how a couple of the 2 employees who helped me (I think one was named John) really tried to trouble shoot my car's trailer wiring harness. They didn't charge and were really pleasant. Eventually, they determined that I needed a new... control box or something which I paid to have replaced. However, I felt like they went out of their way to help me before reaching that conclusion. Thanks, guys!
