We reserved a 5' X 9' motorcycle trailer only to find out you had a basic 5' X 9' utility trailer at the facility and I was stuck with the smaller 4' X 9' motorcycle trailer! This was a horrible experience using Uhaul as my primary service to help with my moving process. 1. The person attending me took about 30 minutes to gain all my information that was already asked and answered on the uhaul website. 2. When leaving with my uhaul truck I was stopped by a uhaul personal saying that something was wrong and I couldn't drive away. So I had to wait another 15 minutes so I can get my truck swapped for a new one that is drive-able. 3. Last is my locations were changed without my knowledge and consent to further inconvenient locations. Both adding up an hour further away from my pick up and drop off uhaul truck.EDUARDO F.

Please make sure employees/managers get to work on time. I had a reservation at 7am when the location i used open and drove off the lot at 8am! No one was there at 7. Casually came around 7:35 and said he had computer issues. It cost me a job and lost hundreds of dollars because i was late. I've never had any issues with that location nor with Uhaul and will continue to use your services, i understand things like these happen but I hope you will make it up to me somehow. When someone orders a tool to help them move..... it would be great to have that said tool. Did not get that utility dolly to assist with the move at pick up which made the overall move difficult!I paid for it ad well. Be more upfront about the charges. I went over my estimated mileage by 18 miles and returned it with more gas in the than than I received, but the end charge was about $100 more than the estimate. I feel like there should have been a better and more thorough explanation.Christopher B.

Fill the gas tank rather than have the customer guess how many gallons to add for return. Add too much and there is no reimbursement. Add too little and customer gets charged. But U-Haul already knows this and profits from it.Ronald A.
