The first pick up truck we rented we had to turn around and return it because the airbag would not stop flushing while we're driving after they inspected it and rented it to us. The other thing was we put in more fuel upon return and we're told they don't reimburse but get penalized if it's the other way round, the same with returning the vehicle 2 hours early, there should be incentive program for renters.

Very poor service, i have bought 5 wardrobe boxs, and the uhall agent told they are inside the truck, when I arrived home I called them and they said they forget to put them, and will send someone to bring them but no one showed up , I call the next day and same thing no one shows up.



Staff was excellent. Especially Justin Mehas. He has such a great personality and was so helpful. I’d definitely hire him if I owned a business.

The pick up in the morning was great. Ms Betty (I believe who is the owner) provided good service and so did her morning crew. Upon dropping off the attendant (Monique) attempted to charge us an additional $10.50 for gas although we filled it to the mark we were told. She said her system didn’t have record of it. Literally got in a screaming match with my husband and explained how she had a bad day. She asked us to go back home and get our contract or she was charging it. When I asked if she had a copy inside she first acted as if the store doesn’t keep a copy only to then go inside and find it in a stack with other contracts from the day. She then saw we had actually filled the tank past what we should have. Only then did she go on to say how hard her day was and we shouldn’t have gotten upset that she was charging us more for basically giving Uhaul more gas. That was the most embarrassing experience. At one point while outside I had to say to her...remember I’m the customer and I’m remaining calm you need to do that too. She was yelling and just acting crazy. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER return. Good luck to Ms Betty- Based on my morning experience with her I’m sure this is not a good reflection of her business practices.

This location makes the customers do their own inspection. They don’t come out with you while you’re doing it either. Several customers were asked to go back outside for missing info. This doesn’t have anything to do with this spexific location, but this was the third time that my pickup location was changed without any notification

Woman at desk was rude. She acted as if my questions irritated her. She needs customer service training for sure. I’ll never go back to that location and I will tell my friends and family not to go back. I will also submit a negative review on Yelp Because of my poor experience. A big thumbs down.

I rent from U-Haul very often and there’s a few times now that I gotten a smelly ugly looking dirty vehicle this last time I rented I was supposed to get a minivan and they didn’t have it even do I reserved it so instead they gave me a 10 footer that was so uncomfortable and drove really bad but I had no choice I had to take it because I needed it I’m a decorator and had a party hall to decorate and be done by a certain time so I had to deal with it.

Not only did i wait in line for 45 min I was then sent outside to complete check im on my app. That was a no go had to go back in and then wait another 10 min before they rechecked my id . I will not be back here. Poor service and not friendly or helpfull at all

The only thing that I would like to mention is the moving company that are offered through Uhaul website. I know that uhaul is a 3rd party affliate that issues the code to pay the movers, but I wasted over 50.00 on a uhaul that sat at my apartment waiting for the moving company called: Make It Easy on You Moving, LLC and they never showed up and would not answer the phone after numberous call between 8am and 1PM. We they finally answered I was told that I would get a call back once he looked through his email. Let it be said I never got a call back. So I called again and when I believe he said his name was chad answered I could not hear him due to the static in the phone, which I told him and was then hung up on. Rude! I later received an email about 4 hours later stating they could not reach a Uhaul representative and I would need to contact Uhaul for a reimbursement. Now here I am out of $50 dollars for the Uhaul and $189.00 dollars for the movers that never showed up. This left me in an even more stressful situation of having to scramble and find another moving company on the last day of the month because of this. Uhaul company I would advise that you remove this particular company from the list of movers. I do not want anyone else to experience what I did especially on top of me grieving for my mom that recently passed which has caused you to have to move.
