I was disappointed I had to pick up the truck at a liquor store instead at the U-Haul location I made the reservation That location was inconvenient and further from my house. When I tried to make plans to pick up the truck, I called the phone number U-Haul gave me (916)978-1457 A very rude (asian) person answered, I could hardly understand what he said. I called again twice and he did not answer. I am a senior person and the process was not as simple as I expected. Fortunately my son was with me and that helped. Ms. Kara was very patient and kind. Also, the truck was not clean inside the cabin.

Juan ktruck smelled foul. the key was lost. the owner didn’t know where it was nor how to get it. i was delayed 30 minutes and waited outside in the cold because he said, “it will be 5 minutes” that turned into 30. very disappointed in them
