We had a reservation in a completely different city, Davis. We were notified the day before that we needed to come to Sacramento to pick up at this location. When we arrived at our scheduled pick up time we were told that there was no truck available. After several phone calls and await the truck finally arrived. This caused a delay to our Move. The facility kept blaming U-Haul saying how poorly U-Haul does business.
