The Customer service was excellent , Joshua in a very polite , respectful manner offered great knowledge and explanation of U-Haul truck rental agreement , very honest ,easy way to conduct the overall transaction from the start over the phone reserving the truck i needed and to the end when i picked up and after I returned the truck also by finalizing the bill sent to me by e-mail .for convenience .
