Pickup was scheduled at 9:30am, no one was there at all. Had to call around to figure out how to get into the truck. Finally got a call from the owner saying the guy who was going to give us the truck is running late but will be there soon. 30 minutes later, any many calls to the owner, the guy shows up and gives us the key. He said he was told pickup was at 10am.. All in all, not a great experience and very unprofessional.
