This was an awful experience more from a Reservation view. I reserved a 26 foot truck and instead had to settle for a 20 foot Truck and still have stuff to move. The app did not work and all around poor Experience

Laurie NThe truck was generally clean, but there were cigarette ashes on the driver’s side floorboard, and the strong smell of smoke. I’m not a smoker, so that was unpleasant.
