Don’t send a receipt and a text to tell the customer to take a picture of the back of the truck before the rental is actually returned. Plus I wasn’t aware that my rental location was changed. Took me almost and hour to rent a truck, that took an hour off my move time with the movers sitting and waiting.

haroon YThe pick-up was unclear because the staff inside of the convenient store could not give me the key right away due to a process that they did not explain to me. Also there was no dolly inside of the u-haul that I paid for and there was no way of taking this charge off.
Carmen KIt was clean inside and noticed the front headlight was out after leaving site. Otherwise it was a bit out of my area and was offered a good deal to try the location. The individual who gave me key was also the one who checked me out.
