The curbside running lights was not working and the street side only a third of the lights were working. I did not check the lights personally until later. The U-Haul employee was checking lights for me and he said everything looked good. They did not have two of the rubber chain keepers .

Ershad ZTerrible area and did not receive the dolly that I had reserved
Riley PInternet was down and took forever for the guy to figure out that he could give me the rental and get my info on paper.. I even prompted him to get my info on paper and he said he couldn't do it.. 45 min later he did it on paper.. terrible customer service! Also I did a one way and dropped it off at another location after hours that same night and left the key in the drop box... I got a call two days later asking when I was going to return the u-haul!!! Haha... disorganized to say the least!!
ROBERT Whad a hard time finding the location and it closes early.
