The curbside running lights was not working and the street side only a third of the lights were working. I did not check the lights personally until later. The U-Haul employee was checking lights for me and he said everything looked good. They did not have two of the rubber chain keepers .Allen M.

Internet was down and took forever for the guy to figure out that he could give me the rental and get my info on paper.. I even prompted him to get my info on paper and he said he couldn't do it.. 45 min later he did it on paper.. terrible customer service! Also I did a one way and dropped it off at another location after hours that same night and left the key in the drop box... I got a call two days later asking when I was going to return the u-haul!!! Haha... disorganized to say the least!!ROBERT W.

Do not send customers to this location. It is in a very bad area #1. They were very unorganized #2. And they could not get the website to work #3. At first they turned us away, then my step-dad called the location where we original made the reservation and they were able to give us a phone number to give to the gentleman so he could complete the rental over the phone. Then they could not use the card that I used to make the reservation, not sure why. It was a complete mess and took over an hour. I would have just walked away, but we had to move a vehicle and it had to be done that day.Kathy M.
I WOULD NEVER USE UHAUL SERVICE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE TO OTHER COMPANY BECAUSE UHAUL NEVER KEEP THEIR PROMISES. I was originally schedule to pick up my truck on August 31st in pioneer self storage in Woodland. I was scheduled guarrantee to get the truck by 3pm. When I was in the pioneer self storage in Woodland, THERE WAS NO TRUCK THERE. SUCH A PAIN BECAUSE MY APARTMENT HAS TO MOVE OUT BY 5PM I NEED THE TRUCK TO LOAD ALL MY STUFF TO MY NEW PLACE. I was so disappointed with such service. I totally understanding it's a moving season, everyone is moving. But then WHAT IS THE MEANING OF DOING OF RESERVATION THAT I DID NOT GET MY TRUCK. I would never recomended my friend to use uhaul again. nor do I.WEIFEI L.

We had a little trouble with the check in, but the service man and the scheduling dept worked it all out nicely. Very pleased overall.robin J.
unable to find personnel at location. Dropped off unit left key. Recieved 2 emails saying I was late with returning the equipment. I called the location, told them I had dropped off the unit and left the paperwork in the drop box. They found it and apologised saying the email is automaticlly generated. Other than that it was all a good experienceOTTO G.
When we arrived, no one was in the bait shop. We waited and then we had to go around back and find the personnel. Check in process was complicated and time consuming. By the time, we got through the process and they got on line, we ended up being charged an extra day charge even though we arrived within 45 minutes of when we checked it out the day before. Personnel at the location were not very pleasant and not trusting.ALAN C.
Just about everything. We leased from your Gresham facility twice within two weeks to help a friend move to the Tillamook area. Both times we dropped the truck at the Wilson River Loop UHaul and saw no one. The first time was within opening hours and it was closed. In fairness; the second time was 8 p.m. but it was dark, no lights on and I had to used headlights to see the drop box. I would assume that the staff would contact your main office to let them know the truck was returned on time but four days later I received a call from them asking where the truck was. Obviously, there was no contact from him(her) in Tillamook. The first time I left my eyeglasses in the truck, called his message box but received no return call. I had to go back and go through the truck. Luckily it was unlocked but no glasses and no one around to talk to. Poor representation by comparison to our great experience at your Hogan Rd. operation.
