NASER AI was disappointed I had to pick up the truck at a liquor store instead at the U-Haul location I made the reservation That location was inconvenient and further from my house. When I tried to make plans to pick up the truck, I called the phone number U-Haul gave me [redacted] A very rude (asian) person answered, I could hardly understand what he said. I called again twice and he did not answer. I am a senior person and the process was not as simple as I expected. Fortunately my son was with me and that helped. Ms. Kara was very patient and kind. Also, the truck was not clean inside the cabin.
