The place is strange and I expected them to go over the condition of the truck. It is hidden in the back of a tire shop and difficult to find.

We had reserved a 10’ truck at another location in Sacramento and the day before they told us to go to the other location which did not have an office to check-in with. The 2 locations were not that far apart but still added to our total mileage plus had to use the app check-out. And I was not able to purchase the mattress cover. Truck was great though.

NOE GI was supposed to pick up the u haul at the Broadway location in Sacramento and they didn't have one available so they changed the pick up location to Qwik Shop on fruit ridge. I was told it would be ready at 9am. The location wasn't open and I had to wait an hour and when the owner finally arrived he was a total asshole and treated me like shit. Horrible experience all around. Not that you guys actually care or will follow up on this comment.
