the only thing was I added a dolly to my cart at time of online order. when i went to pick up truck, they did not carry them. it should be noted they only have trucks online. Make sure you check before adding to cart exactly what each location has especially offsite locations.

The place is strange and I expected them to go over the condition of the truck. It is hidden in the back of a tire shop and difficult to find.
STEPHEN SWe had reserved a 10’ truck at another location in Sacramento and the day before they told us to go to the other location which did not have an office to check-in with. The 2 locations were not that far apart but still added to our total mileage plus had to use the app check-out. And I was not able to purchase the mattress cover. Truck was great though.

NOE GI was supposed to pick up the u haul at the Broadway location in Sacramento and they didn't have one available so they changed the pick up location to Qwik Shop on fruit ridge. I was told it would be ready at 9am. The location wasn't open and I had to wait an hour and when the owner finally arrived he was a total asshole and treated me like shit. Horrible experience all around. Not that you guys actually care or will follow up on this comment.
