The office building was not well marked. The entrance was difficult to find. The office door was not marked, The office was dirty/messy. The gentleman at the office was warm, friendly, welcoming and professional.

The truck was fillthy on the outside. It looked like it had been sitting in the lot fkor months. We had to wash it in order to see out of the windlows. The caretaker was polite, but I was afraid the the vehicle wasn't maintained properly.
Yvonne WI was notified the original appointment location and time had changed less than 24 hrs notice. Lotus Intermodal also was 30 mins late. Ultimately ended up starting my moving day with a 1.5 he delay
