Have the vehicle that I requested and was promised then to have us get something else which is fine but then want us to pay the difference now you’re the one that rented out all the vehicles in the class that we rented

Randy KUpon arrival the issuer of the rental was not on property and took over an hour to acquire the vehicle. The vehicle had 0 miles to empty upon pickup. I was charged a deposit of nearly $300 dollars that has still not been returned in addition to making full payment for the rental. Negative experience and would recommend just going to an actual u haul property.

Pheng TTransferred to another site for a 25$ credit towards the haul and apparently was a scam but we sent an official email for the change. The new site had no information for my new reservation but I have the official email confirmation. Associate at new location held me up for 30 mins talking to me about things not related to the uhaul. Both of pick up and drop off. Everything was a mess and no one knew what they were doing. Never getting uhaul again. First time and now last time customer.
