I used the app to pick up the truck. It took me in circles to a dead end. I tried scanning the code on the door. Unsuccessful. My daughter was there trying to contact someone by phone and was on hold. I, in turn, tried calling . Finally I got someone who told me to get out of the app and go to the website! So what's the purpose of the app?! After 25 minutes of my, and my daughter's precious time, I got the truck! Now. I got the truck 25 minutes late and still returned it a day early. I feel, to avoid further verbal negatively about uhaul's service, I should be compensated for the frustration and wasted time. AND! It was returned early!
