my card was charged 3 times. There was no truck when I went to pick it up at 9:00 at night. The first person I talked to hung up on me after 15 minutes of waiting on hold and then I had to wait another 10 minutes to talk to another person luckily there was a truck 10 minutes away but it was 25’ and bigger than I wanted or needed to go to Boston! I can read the receipt on the app because it won’t let you enlarge. Charged me for gas when I left it where I found it. This company is a scam. Renting through the app is a bigger rip off. Never again
