Location was convenient for pickup, but no building or counter, all outside. Fortunately, weather was good. U-Haul rep was there and ready for the pickup, which was good. Unfortunately, the rear door leaked during the drive from Hurricane, WV to Morgantown, WV (rained the entire drive). The water getting inside resulted in a mattress getting wet along with a few other less significant items.

Absolutely smooth process.
Christopher LThis location is just a pick-up spot on a strip of grass and blocked in by a car wash. The trailer I rented was put in at an angle with others close by. There was no room to just pull out once the trailer was hooked up and I had to make a lot of forward and backs to get the trailer out and then had to back it out. Not a good place to pick up from although the person giving me the trailer was friendly and helped me hook it up.
