It would be easier to go to a U-Haul store. I thought I had filled out the paperwork so I could just go & pick up the truck. Nope. I had to refill out info & then it said it needed to call & verify info with others. What? I only had the truck for a limited time. Then, there was no AC in the truck & it is 100 degrees outside. Then it started to rain…guess what didn’t work right? Windshield wipers.

When i arrived at my appointed time my truck was there but when I went to the site to complete steps the truck wasn’t listed. Called support and it took an hour to finally release the truck to me. Was not happy.
