This location is horrible inside a super 8 motel it’s located inside a motel with limited space for parking and also the staff is extremely rude stating “they only work for the motel and have no connections with U—HAUL” even though it was a designated drop location while also the staff of the motel was extremely rude resulting in the district manager having to come and take the vehicle to another location. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!

Bad location. Bad customer service. Bad overall
Isaac MI got charged for gas even though I filled the tank more than what was in the tank when I received the truck. Paid 10 for gas in fines because there was no inspection prior to me leaving.
Bradley SThis U-Haul location is not staffed. The lady that owns the hotel lets her use the space to park U-Haul trucks. Also, the lady that is there, will not assist with contacting the U-Haul proprietor. Advertised hours for this business are that it is open until 130pm on Saturdays. The proprietor told me she is not open on Saturday and U-Haul traffic has her business hours on Saturday open until 430. When I arrived there were not clear instructions on how to pick up my truck and there was no one to help me. I eventually contacted the proprietor and she gave me a local number for U-Haul traffic. After three people and 15 minutes of holding time I was passed on to a specialist who I was told could help me. By that time I had gained access to the truck using my phone. I had set this reservation up and had taken care of scanning my license prior to arriving but was asked to do it two more times. Why does U-Haul #1 allow such absent franchisees and # 2 who is in charge of designing your customer service? Why so many layers of people who can’t help?
robert wLimited space to return vehicles. I dropped rental contract and keys in after-hours return box after submitting return info with photos in app. The next day afternoon, the equipment was showing as "overdue" on the app. I called and the representative had to dispatch an area manager to resolve the return.
