Literally had the van for less than an hour, drove 16 miles, filled the gas tank and it was 55 dollars to rent the van that says 19.99 per day, scam

I had equipment that was supposed to be included with my U-Haul (mats, dolly, etc) that was not provided. This is the second time in a row this has happened, so I will be using a different vendor moving forward.
Paul OI don't appreciate paying for a truck that I only had for 10 minutes. To pay full price for a daily truck that I only use for 10 minutes absolutely ridiculous.
