It was a decent experience. The best thing is the employees are rock stars. All so kind and helpful. The truck was extremely worn and kind of dirty. I was surprised it didn’t have a safety beep when you reversed… overall good location, just needs a little sprucing!

No recommendations. Great service upon picking up and dropping off the van. Loved that I rented a very new van!! Bells and whistles to make the drive enjoyable. The van was perfect for our move!!
Marina KThe truck was very dirty. Someone had been smoking in truck and the cab was filthy and covered with dry coffee. The cargo are was not broom swept either. That being said , the representative was nice and helpful. She punctually answered the phone and communicated well.
john sThe pickup process was delayed due to a flag on my account and an incorrectly generated contract (round-trip instead of one-way), which required contacting customer service to correct. This caused significant delays during an already time-sensitive move as I had plans for scheduled movers and this process took nearly an hour at the pickup counter. Once resolved, the rental proceeded as expected, but improving accuracy at checkout and reducing administrative issues would greatly improve the customer experience.
