When the booking was made, the vehicle was requested for a specific time, I was told that I would be called the day before the rental to confirm the pick up location but there was no mention that it may it be available at that time, When I was called the day before I was told that the requested vehicle was not available so would be getting a larger truck for the same price and that the pick up time would be approx. 3 hours later. The truck was clean and well maintained but much too large for my needs which caused problems with shifting cargo.

Internal 'inter' communication seems to still be a challenge for UHaul. FYI: I was offered a one day rate for a 3 day rental as I had to haul the trailer both ways (return it to the original point); this offer didn't seem to make its way thru various levels of employees/contacts within UHaul; I had a contract that clearly stated it and that did solve the issue, but I had to explain the same thing to at least 4 different people. Hence comment on internal communications, especially with respect to contract terms. Otherwise this location was great.

Rented a trailer and mentioned I may get in trouble and need it another day but I would call if that happened. The person working said okay great, thank you. Then I called and notified the store that I would need another day, gave my CC info and then around 4:00 I got an email thanking me for the return of the trailer. At 6:30 I got a frantic call from someone from Uhaul who had a customer that was there for the trailer I had. The following day, I get an email from Uhaul recovery. Stunned, I call the number and instead of being somewhat polite, I get someone who's tone indicates that they hate their job and that they are ready to argue. I just wanted it resolved.

I wasn't charged an extra day when agreed upon with both the phone operator and front desk lady that I would need 2 extra hours to get the trailer back. So thanks for not honouring that.

beside getting little water inside from damage door seals was great. customer service was very nice when dropped off and were sympathetic to my issue with water

Going over the damage to the vehicle with the customer is something that should be done. After leaving and noticing that there was previous damage i then needed to drive back to the rental location to report the damage.

I asked for a dolly and furniture pads and was told by the front desk they would be in the truck. They were not there when I arrived at my house, which was very disappointing for a guy with a bad lower back.
