Chad's is a family run business and very nice people. It is also a convenient location for me and so is therefore excellent for me. It is not clean and inviting but I don't want to give them a bad rating over this. However, I did have concerns over the check-in/drop-off. I dropped-off the trailer on Saturday morning at 11:30AM but it wasn't checked-in until Monday at 5:00PM. Luckily, the rental period was until Tuesday, but I was concerned because UHaul customer Service left me a message on Sunday to make sure I could meet the drop-off day of Tuesday. I tried to call Customer Service back and was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. I called Chad's on Sunday and Monday and they told me they would check it in. In the end, it wasn't an issue, but it caused me concern that the trailer didn't get checked-in when I dropped it off and UHaul had no record of it being returned until Monday.
