The guys at Chad's were great to work with.They helped set up and get the trailer connected.The trailer and equipment was in great shape with brand new tires on it which was helpful for my long trip across the country. HIGHLY recommend Chad's.

Brad M.Phone reservation needs to be addressed. Not all the equipment is new. What's on the U-Haul's website is not always at the site pickup. Customer service needs to be aware of this.
