One of the tie down straps that hold the wheel on the dolly was wrapped around the rachet assembly. It took me 20 minutes to free that up. They should have checked that before renting it

Hire an entire new staff. I was threatened and told to “piss off” by one of your employees. And after talking to the General manager, he assured me that nothing would be done about. Uhaul has lost a faithful customer in me, and I will be telling everyone I know about the horrible way I was treated at uhaul.

I visited your website prior to renting. I saw a 17' for 29.99 per day ++ . I went to your store at 5:45pm processed and picked up said truck only to find the deck of a 17' truck is only 14' long bed/deck ! What a material misrepresentation. What if I didn't know my trucks & given the hr I rented I won't have time to find another real 17' truck to accommodate that which I needed to move/haul. Price alone didn't drive my decision to rent from uhual. I needed a deck with a minimum of 16' deck. What did upset me beyond the misrepresentation was that when I called out the agent he tried to tell me it was 17'. I walked/paced it off and said it was 14'. I disagreed. He insisted. I got a tape measure from my car. Guess what it measured 14' ! He then stated if you add the area above the cab that makes 17' . What don't you add the area of the passenger compartment when Marketing truck size? When you describe truck beds/decks/van body the size is determined by what you can place on the floor not the over cab area. This is bad

Dropped trailer off at 9:30, was told receipt would be e-mailed. It was not so I called dealer at about 12:30 since trailer was due by 12:00. Initially told there was no record of it, then person found it and said call back if no e-mail in several hours. Then 10 minutes later received call from store asking when would I return the trailer. I told them it was returned 3 hours ago. About 30 minutes later got e-mail receipt showing return at 11:30. Other than all that, it was okay.

The gentleman that helped me when I rent my truck on Saturday was wonderful, i got hit by a car on the way there on my bike, he saw that I was bleeding and went out of his way and gave me a first aid kit so I could clean up, i was so thankful for his care, i wish there were more people who cared like that, I hope he sees what i have writing about him he is worth getting a raise or something for the care he took for me

The young man who checked me in stated that the hook was done wrong and very dangerous- the pick up location did not do this correctly and advised I report it. He then checked with someone inside and learned that he was wrong - the hookup was correct. My concern - I watched him hook up a trailer before he took care of me - did he hook that trailer up correctly!!!!

I did not like the partial gas tank system. That is to difficult to get it the same. The tank should be sent our on a full tank. I would of liked cruise control and the cigarette smell was not pleasant for my long drive. Other wise you folks are great.

The trailer wire was hooked up poorly. It drug on the groun and was damaged. I had no break lights nor night lights. I had to pull over in traffic and repair it

The Female worker was rude and snappy. She needs to learn how to address a member in a professional manner when it comes to an issue at hand. The manager Ryan needs to learn his role when it comes to a customer. You should never make a customer feel that your on the employee side in front of the customer. Remember that the customer is always right if they are not . I will not be returning to this location if I do not have to and will let my friends no about this location as well.
