The pickup location of the truck was an abandoned building with no one on site working. I called the number & spoke to someone who barely spoke English. He directed me to a key drop box outside the building that was locked & he did not know the codes to the boxes. After 35 minutes of getting a run around from this guy, I called a different number who was then able to make the rest of the process smooth. Would absolutely not recommend this pick up or drop off site to anyone. The guy running it has absolutely no idea what he’s doing & barely speaks English.

No staff was onsite but I was able to use the app to return the trailer.
Bart MThe location for pick-up was changed by U-haul after I made my registration. They did not tell me that all check-in and return would be done by an app. This caused delay in the process and left out helpful information. I found I over estimated my expected mileage due to feeling rushed. And getting small questions answered was not an option.
Laura FFirst, I had reserved a 10 foot truck and had to accept a 20 foot truck. I arrived just before 9 am. After more than an hour I called Uhaul. I was told they would get back to me in 60 minutes due to high call volume. After 30 minutes I called another Uhaul dealer in St. Cloud. They were able to connect me to corporate. They told me it was a 24/7 pick up but it was not coded as such. I was never told this. I was then given a code to access the key box. What happened to Uhaul? The lack of communication and instructions has been frustrating to say the least.
