Said it was open until 6:00 pm. Nobody available to check out equipment at 5:40 pm. Equipment not damaged but old, faded.

Excelente servicio
Felipe GFor some unknown reason my pick up location was changed to the Roosevelt location. When I got there, the place looked deserted and there were only 3 trailers there. The attendant finally came out of the small office. He was barefoot. His language skills were poor and he was hard to understand. He was cordial though and assisted with the hookup to my pickup. I do NOT understand why or who transferred my pick up location. Makes NO sense at all!
Bruce GThe pickup location of the truck was an abandoned building with no one on site working. I called the number & spoke to someone who barely spoke English. He directed me to a key drop box outside the building that was locked & he did not know the codes to the boxes. After 35 minutes of getting a run around from this guy, I called a different number who was then able to make the rest of the process smooth. Would absolutely not recommend this pick up or drop off site to anyone. The guy running it has absolutely no idea what he’s doing & barely speaks English.
