Location was abandoned. No one to help, lock box was too high, couldn't reach, lock was stuck. Had to call the 800 number. Check engine light kept coming on. Vehicle was rough running and clunky.

VALENTIN CSaid it was open until 6:00 pm. Nobody available to check out equipment at 5:40 pm. Equipment not damaged but old, faded.

Felipe GFor some unknown reason my pick up location was changed to the Roosevelt location. When I got there, the place looked deserted and there were only 3 trailers there. The attendant finally came out of the small office. He was barefoot. His language skills were poor and he was hard to understand. He was cordial though and assisted with the hookup to my pickup. I do NOT understand why or who transferred my pick up location. Makes NO sense at all!
