Only open wednesday to Friday. Did arrange to pickup sunday but attached myself. Only to find out after drop off (one way). That the rental was never opened, staywd wirh reservation status. Could nit clise the bill. No extension for the harness to reach the vehicle outlet. No pin available to cancel the hydrolic brake while reversing.

I got a call from a person in Ste-Agathe saying they would close for the day at noon. I learned that I was supposed to drop the trailer there. A 35 minutes ride on a sinuous country road. The person was somewhat helpful saying he would write to U-Haul. I dropped it of in St-Donat and the lady was surprised but nice. Overall, a totally bad experience.

sylvain vLe camion n'était pas disponible à l'endroit que nous voulions le récupérer. Nous avons dû aller plus loin piur le récupérer. Pour le pick-up, l'application ne fonctionnait pas bien. Cela a prix 1 heure avant d'avoir le.code de la boîte à clé. La boîte à clés était en hautwur et il.fallait grimper.sur une échelle improvisée, ce qui était très dangereux. Finalement, la.clé n'était pas dans la boîte à clé mais par terre dans le camion.
