j'avais appelé un mois à l'avance de la date de location cependant j'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à obtenir ma confirmation. il a fallu que j'appelle 4 fois pour l'obtenir et l'ai reçu la journée avant la location, ce qui n'est pas acceptable en soi. Pas moyen de rencontrer une personne tout c'est fait par téléphone. Je suis déçu de la façon que tout ceci s'est passé, car cela m'a causé du stress inutile . Le personnel a manqué à son devoir dans le service à la clientèle et pas très professionnaliste. J'ai déjà réservé avec Uhaul dans le passé et tout c'est bien déroulé je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça été autrement cette fois-ci. Très dommage.

I didn't ask for blankets but put rhem in the truck anyway. He told me to not use them or I would get charged. I didn't touch them but charged me anyway. Disappointed....
