I rented a 15 foot truck with ramp. Because i needed the ramp for moving. When i got to the rental place. I filled the papers and the clerk gave me the key for the truck. I went to the 15 foot truck and could'nt open the door. I went back in the rental place and toid the clerk that the key didn"t open the 15 foot truck. He called the dispatcher and she told him, that the 15 foot truck was broken and that i had to take the 10 foot truck with no ramp. I was mad and wanted to cancel, but they told me that the contract was signed and that i couldn't cancel it. So i had to move with a 10 foot truck with no ramp. I was never advised that the 15 foot truck was broken. That is why i will NEVER rent from U-Haul again and make sure that none of the people i know will do the same.

Long Time wating before the location truck with a locator. No good place . No gaz in the truck
Germain FPremièrement j'ai demandé de changer de camion car il n'était pas déneiger, c'était le seul sur les 4 qui ne l'était pas. Le comis a appelé et la personne a dit que les autres étaient tous réservés loué.... 3 h plus tard aucun camion n'avais bouger. Deuxièmement, au début avec mon adresse vous avez dit qu'il y avait une remorque 5x9 de disponible, rendu sur place il en avait pas, je devais aller a un autre endroit ( motel Laliberté) a 10 km... Alors j'ai décidé de vous appeler car sur le camion il était inscrit 19.99 et au téléphone j'ai validé et il m'ont mentionné que c'était 1$ du km en plus, j'ai demandé si c'était tout et j'ai eu un oui. Alors je me disais que 19.95 +11$=31 ça me coûterait moins chère que 39 $pour la remorque. Mais ce n'est vraiment pas le ca je termine avec une facture de 78$... 20$ d'essence pour 10km. J'ai pris des photos avant et après du kilométrage et de l'essence...je ne comprends vraiment pas c'est quoi et les informations manquantes que vous m'avez pas dit. C'était pour aller chercher un réservoir d'eau chaude chez Rona, il me chargeait 80$ et je n'avais pas a me déplacer et forcé. J'aurais du prendre la livraison au lieu de loué votre camion car je vous rappelle que c'était une remorque que je voulais et qui n'était pas là. J'attends de vos nouvelles svp je voudrais vous envoyer les photos merci
sylvain bMy pick up hour wasn't respected. Truck was full of snow. Equipment missing. I had to go round every single truck to find a dolly I paid for. No assistance whatsoever. Tank was empty. When returned the truck, they charged me full tank the next day. Had to call a customer service to get a refund. What a waist of my time. Worse experience, never again using U-Haul for rental purpose.
