Not because of this Uhaul specifically but managemen, This has been the most stressful location experience I habe ever encounter. I booked 2 months ago, and I got called not even 24 hours before to tell me that it’s not available at the time and place. We had to pick up the truck an hour away, and an hour or more later (initally booked in Mont-Tremblant), and the equipement we need was not available. I had to call multiple time and waste a lot of time to make sure that everything I was told was well written in the contract. This was the worst move I ever had. The management pretends to offer services that they don’t and then the employes struggle to deliver because they can’t. Terrible.
