During this time of COVID, and a mandatory use of hte mask here in New Brunswick, having only one of the office employees wearing a mask is not acceptable by any means!! The girl, even though she is pregnant was attending to a customer, which neither of them had masks inside a small area and the were nearly head to head let alone 6 ft apart. Two other customers including myself, all had masks one as it is MANDATORY but both of your office staff had none one. The only person I saw with a mask was the young male that inspected the truck upon it's return.

It was very hard to understand the employees and it was not explained very well. Prices kept changing and the person was very rude when I didnt understand the process of the payments. On the phone it was 64 then when I arrived it was 72 but then it was actually 100. I feel this should of been explain more clearly on the phone so when I arrived I knew exactly what needed to be paid and how much. They were very impatient and appeared agitated with my questions. They also told me the gas would be at 1/8 and it was on Empty. They need better customer service and possibly someone who can explain the process a bit clearly.
I had to wait an hour and a half PAST MY PICK UP TIME because the woman who set us all us didn't ask who's name we wanted it in just took it off my credit card which messed up the entire process waited on hold for over an hour and when I returned it you tried to charge me AGAIN for what I already paid for AND YOU STILL ARE I will never use uhaul again nor will I ever refer you to a friend you are CRAP
It was a fantastic experience
Doped up check out procedures and check in. It took almost 40minutes to go through the checkout online, and the app didn't recognize the parking lot as the correct address. The check-in took almost an hour, the site failed.multiple times and crashed completely at the very end. I ended up phoning to verify my return was recorded. There was no one at the place of business to help. The truck was clean, except the windshield and front of the truck was coated with bug splatter. This shod be cleaned off by staff.
Said just to drop off trailer even if they were not there. Would not help me unhook trailer and there were 4 people talking at the office door When I asked to chalk the wheels they said just load it up and put it in another more level spot. So I had to rehook the trailer my self and move it. They also did not do a circle check. I did not cause any damage but if there was any reported I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE" I have had excellent service from every other U-Haul location until this place.
Make clear the rule which international drive license not be allowed to drive. I wasted more than one hour trying to pick the car up until an attendant let me know it by chat. This waste of time couse me a ton of issues and it could be easy to avoid just let me know during the reservation process. Please improve this process making clear that rule asap. Don't put your customers in trouble. Moving days are stressful enough and it could be avoided. Tks
