Reception desk is hidden from public view and the real adresse is not the same as the one given by UHAUL. The place look abandoned and have scrap everywhere. The place owner looked too busy and left the place with his car in the middle of serving us, to come back few minutes later without explanation. The renting equipment was dirty and has boxes inside. The owner told me he was using the equipment and forgot to clean it. The equipment was in bad shape, and there was no damage sticker on it. Nobody told me to take pictures of the equipment, it was when I left (with the trailer not properly attached by the place owner), that U-HAUL send me a text, with an expired link, telling me to upload pictures of the equipment.

Hard to say. Place is hard to find. Had a hard time getting the trailer out of the parking. No help. Probably the worst place I’ve been to rent a U-Haul. On the return, the place where I had to drop the trailer and the rental place was not the same so I lost a day for which I had to pay for. Plus extra employee salary because he got home later than expected. Little things like that.

Kapi MPersonnel très courtois mais malheureusement le locataire avant moi est arrivé 35 minutes en retard ce qui nous a causé certains soucis Vos prix sont incroyablement bas par contre vos horaires sont sans doute trop serrés ce qui causent des retards
JEAN MLe prit quand nous avons fait la demande sa disais 177$ et quand jai prit le camion cetais rendu a 336$ une bonne différence de prix entre la réservation et le ramassage du camion .et ce qui s'agit de prendre des photos ses difficile sa fonctionne pas toujours bien jai eu de la difficulté et sa fonctionnait pas .sinon en général jai bien aimé l'expérience et je suis satisfait merci
