First of all the website let me make a reservation to a location where the truck I reserved wasn't even available on that day. They called me not even 24 hours before moving to inform me of this then told me I'd have to go to another location (45 minutes drive from my place) and was promised a 50$ deal on my reservation for the inconvenience and not only did the location refused to give it to me but It cost me more than what was advertised on their website when I made my reservation. Not to forget the fact that my reservation was scheduled at 8 am but they changed it to 9:30. Hated my experience definitely will never use U-Haul again and will hire a independent company next time I need a truck.
