I received a rather rude call from the U-Haul call Centre telling me that my rental was not available and if I wanted the truck I would have to pay mileage to get one from Fredericton. WTH ! I had to ask for his name "Duncan" and asked him to check again. I challenged him on my booking which had already been confirmed. He checked his system and said "OH, it is there. Why did she put it there?" No real reason for the call and he was very abrupt and rude.
