Great service! Truck was great. Had a gentleman try to say my truck was his, and the agent there told him it was not the correct reservation number, saving me not having a truck.

The only issue - there was no oil in the trailer to support the brakes so we had to call and make arrangements to get a new trailer. All staff were very nice and helpful.

WILLIAM GThe individuals was not very helpful and asked if could hook up the trailer by myself which was a no! Also, trailer came with it one connecting cord leaving the trailer brakes useless. Store should hold both connectors.
