Representative tried too over charge me. Was very rude when I called the head office to ask questions and the rates were dropped. Definitely would have been better to deal with a location closer to me where I originally booked. wanted to return it to the closer location but was refused.
LORI AThey were very friendly but not organized. I dropped the trailer off over the weekend after hours. Several days later I got a notice that I had not returned it. It took a while to get a customer service agent but when I did, Matt was very helpful.

Joann MThe location was good and staff were great. The electrical light plug had the previous users ground terminal broke off in the plug and the trailer had debris left over from the previous user.
