This is not about the Bayside location! Terrible experience with Bonita Convenience, had a reservation at 9 am, sign on the said open Saturday 9am to 9pm, I left the store at 10:10am and they still weren’t opened! I had people at my home at 9:30 to help me move! When I called the store later that day, he told me he arrived at the store at 10:35am. There was another couple there at 9:00am to get their truck, needless to say they had to go elsewhere too! I ended up going to Bayside Drive to get a truck, they were helpful! Very disappointed with the service, I was also told I would get a discount, didn’t get one!
