Matt was amazing and very helpful. My only issue is I could've really used an furniture dolly, which had shown available during my online reservation. But I appreciated not being charged an extra day for returning an hour late. Mainly because it did take much longer to move a full size couch, alone as a single woman, than it would've having a dolly. I only use Uhaul for rental truck needs. And this will not change that. I hope to utilize Triple Threat again in the near future, praying it all goes well.
