The employee was clearly high, and half way through the interaction she had food delivered to her. The vehicle was dirty, with nails and broken glass in the back, and an oil spill in the cabin. We had no other choice but to accept it because we were on a tight schedule but in the future I would not use U-Haul again if they allow this.

Beverly HFirst of all. The young man that helped. Was not an employee for U Haul. He worked for the storage facility. Grand Slam. Therefore, he didn't walk me to the truck. To do the inspection. The inside was dirty. I have pictures to prove it. I took pictures of the mileage to and from. The employee from Grand Slam. Wasn't able to give me any paperwork. My mistake was being tired. From the move. Not checking my email. I've used U Hall several times before. This was the worse experience ever. I'm moving to Texas in June. I was going to use U Haul. As I have before. Not again.
