⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service! The truck was clean, affordable, and easy to rent. Staff were friendly and the whole process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend U-Haul!
VEERA VWe chose the location due to convenience. It was right off the highway, and seemed to have an easy check in process. The truck was pretty beat up. It seemed like it had a hard time shifting gears, and the roof kept making this banging sound - we joked someone was riding on top of the truck. The inside was very dirty - food remnants from the last renter, spills on the floorboards, dog hair all over the seats. The truck came to us with an almost empty gas tank - we couldn’t even make it to our in-town stop before we needed to get gas. Im also not sure if the mileage was actually reviewed, either, because the start miles on the vehicle were about 30 miles off - which we were able to adjust when we checked in.
