When I arrived at the counter, the worker was more worried about his phone call than checking me in. Then once I was given the key, the U-Haul vehicle was covered in snow and I had to clean it off before I could leave the lot. Once I finally got into the cab of the U-Haul I found items left by the previous renter, including a frozen bag of sliced chicken. Customer service at this location is well below satisfactory.
PAMELA KThe 15 ft Truck was not cleaned from all the snow on it nor was it warmed from the frigid cold as your company usually does. However, your staff was excellent & and very accommodating ☺️
DARRYL VOrdered a truck with 12 furniture pads almost 2 weeks before the pick up date. Upon arrival to pick up the truck, they had no furniture pads available, forcing us to go purchase them at a local home store.
