They were very very rude and towed my vehicle when I parked it to take the U-Haul.

I requested a 15 and paid for a 15, but only received a 10 truck.
Angie DSo scheduled a reservation for a truck and had to change the reservation but they worked with me and then got a truck the biggest one but it was driving funny so brought it back and they gave me another truck which was much better. They worked with me and I had no issues with this location. they got me what I needed and I will use them again
ADRIENNE HWasn’t sure is was a legitimate U-Haul. Just took the keys and said good day.
DAVID SWhen I arrived at the counter, the worker was more worried about his phone call than checking me in. Then once I was given the key, the U-Haul vehicle was covered in snow and I had to clean it off before I could leave the lot. Once I finally got into the cab of the U-Haul I found items left by the previous renter, including a frozen bag of sliced chicken. Customer service at this location is well below satisfactory.
